A novel ethanol sensor based on CdO-Fe,O, system oxide semiconductor has been developed. The performance of the sensor, including sensitivity, selectivity, stability as well as the response and recovery times, have been examined and studied. T he results demonstrate that a1 1 characteristics of the sensors are excellent. This indicates it a nice ethanol sensor and promising for practical and potential applications.
