Looking at the 2018 childcare statistics, we have consistently tried to improve the quality of childcare services through various policies such as the continuous expansion of national and public childcare centers and support for excellent private childcare centers. As a result, the number of national and public and workplace households for infants and young children is continuously increasing. The emotional intelligence of the nursery school teachers is important when considering the influence on infants and young children in an important period when attachment and trust are formed. When teachers' classes are creatively organized, the creativity of infants and young children is increased. Teacher-infant interaction is an important factor to grow into a mature human being and to improve the quality of education.
