A Design of Tri-Band Monopole Antenna with CSRR for Wireless Applications

This paper represents Monopole Antenna offer Multiband characteristics. The proposed Antenna has a size of 27 x 22 x 1.6mm3 and FR-4 substrate which have the dielectric constant of 4.4. The proposed work generates the resonance frequency of 1.9GHZ, 4.24GHZ, 6.17GHZ, 8.29GHZ. The simulated effects display true impedance matching, omnidirectional radiation styles, quite very good radiation performance and VSWR<2 & strong profits. By using simple microstrip Line feed, and more desirable bandwidth has been finished. The proposed antenna layout may be simulated by means of the usage of High frequency structure simulator (HFSS) tool. This has been used for GPS, WIMAX&WLAN applications.
