Intensifying Process Management Thought to Enhance Management Level in Equipment Full Lifecycle

The fact of huge stock and rapid increment of instrument,has enhanced our universities condition and ability for personnel training and technological innovation,but also put forward higher requirements on college instrument management. Innovatively introducing the famous " process management" and " full lifecycle management" thought into universities instruments management,and integrating information management,a " process management of instrument full lifecycle" system has been constructed. The system contains feasibility demonstration of purchase,public bidding,delivery and acceptance,accounts and filing,use management,inspection and evaluation,scrap,and accounts eliminating. This management approach is beneficial to standardization,dynamic development,modularization and refinement of the instrument management work, is beneficial to specification, transparency, communication and inheritance of the department work,and is beneficial to improve the instrument use efficiency,maintain the security of state-owned assets and resolve the university management challenges for the rapid growth of state-owned assets.
