Selenium-enriched oyster mushroom cultivation material and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a selenium-enriched oyster mushroom cultivation material and a preparation method thereof. The cultivation material is prepared from the following raw materials: 45-55% of rice straw powder, 20-30% of corncob, 15-25% of selenium-enriched lucerne meal, 0.3-0.6% of urea, 1-3% of gypsum, 2-4% of lime, and 1-2% of calcium superphosphate. The selenium-enriched oyster mushroom cultivation material disclosed by the invention is reasonable in raw material proportion, balanced in nutrition and high in selenium utilization rate; C/N satisfies the cultivation requirements of oyster mushrooms; the selenium content of oyster mushrooms produced by utilizing the cultivation material according to the conventional bag type cultivation method is 0.15-18 mg/kg; the selenium content is 5-60 times of that of common oyster mushrooms; furthermore, the oyster mushrooms produced by utilizing the cultivation material according to a conventional bag cultivation method have abundant nutrition, and are safe and reliable selenium supplement green health-care products; and thus, the selenium-enriched oyster mushroom cultivation material has wide development prospect.
