System and method for implementing a high voltage circuit powering off safety

The present invention discloses a system for secure communication of the high pressure circuit off for safety off the electric vehicle through a high voltage circuit, the system comprising: an electronic control unit, the high voltage circuit for transmitting a signal turning on or off the high voltage circuit signal ; a first high-voltage circuit, a relay, a second high-voltage circuit, for turning on or off the motor and the battery power; a timing control circuit for receiving the signal after the high voltage circuit is turned on, the control circuit turns on the first high pressure; then, the current sensor detects the current change rate is less than the threshold, control relay ON; after, as the current sensor detecting the current change rate is less than the threshold, the control circuit is disconnected first high pressure; high-voltage circuit after the disconnection signal is received, the second control high voltage circuit is turned on; then, the control relay is switched off; Thereafter, as the current sensor detects the current change rate is less than the threshold value, the second high-voltage control circuit is disconnected. The present invention also discloses a method for secure communication of the high pressure circuit outages.
