The invention relates to a measurement method and device for deflection amount of a dynamically tuned gyroscope. The measurement method comprises the steps of inputting demodulated voltage signals of the dynamically tuned gyroscope into a band-pass filter, wherein a center frequency of the band-pass filter is the same with a rotation frequency of gyroscope so as to filter interference signals with the frequency at least two times that the rotation frequency of the gyroscope and simultaneously extract and amplify the signals with the frequency the same with the rotation frequency of the gyroscope. According to the measurement method, the band-pass filter is designed on basis of a switched-capacitor filter; the center frequency is precise and stable; accurate measurement of an interference item with the frequency the same with the rotation frequency of the gyroscope can be realized only by controlling a frequency of the input reference square wave to guarantee that the center frequency of the band-pass filter is equal to the rotation frequency of the gyroscope; and the interference item is caused by the deflection amount of the dynamically tuned gyroscope, thereby realizing accurate measurement of the deflection amount of the dynamically tuned gyroscope.
