The method comprises the following specific steps of 1, preparing a modeling sample, 2, establishing a mathematical model of the filling value of the cut tobacco, and 3, detecting the filling value of the sample, wherein the filling value of the sample is obtained by scanning a near infrared spectrum of the sample with the established near infrared spectrum analysis model. The method can be used for rapidly, accurately and nondestructively detecting the filling value of the cut tobacco, and is suitable for batch inspection in production.
