Юридические и технические аспекты введения ограничений электропотребления для предприятий-неплательщиков

Arrears for electricity have become a serious problem in the relationship between grid or transmission companies and consumers. We consider legal aspects of restricting use conditions and analyze real cases that required judgment proceedings. Technical means providing imposing the restrictions on the level of consumption are proposed.
