Nursing Intervention on Endoscopic Sinus Surgery Complication

Objective To explore the nursing intervention on endoscopic sinus surgery complications.Methods 250 routine endoscopic sinus surgery patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,125 patients in the control group received routine care,routine care in the intervention group management on the basis of preoperative and postoperative nursing intervention.Observed the occurrence of complications in patients.Results The control group was 16.00% in patients with complications,complication rate intervention group were 3.52%,the difference was significant(P 0.05).Conclusion The mirror patient implements the synthesis nursing intervention to the nose in to be possible to reduce the complication effectively the formation rate,improves the patient quality of life.
