The invention relates to a vehicle automatic shift condition adjusting device comprising an autonomic shift mode switch, a driver setting module and a control module; the control module comprises an autonomic shift mode switch judgment module, a shift point adjusting control module and an autonomic shift execution module. The invention also relates to a vehicle automatic shift condition adjusting method comprising following steps: detecting the state of the autonomic shift mode switch to enter in an autonomic shift control mode or other shift control mode; detecting and determining whether autonomic shift parameters are stored or not; performing automatic shift by means of the autonomic shift parameters under the autonomic shift control mode; performing automatic shift by means of default shift parameters under other shift control modes. The vehicle automatic shift condition adjusting device and method can enable drivers to adjust the shift condition of the automatic transmission of the vehicle at least within a certain range, thereby improving the driving experience of the automatic transmission.
