Inconsistent Dosing of Non–Vitamin K Oral Anticoagulants : Differences Between the United States and Japan

We read with great interest the report by Steinberg et al. [(1)][1] investigating the demographics and outcomes of patients receiving non–vitamin K oral anticoagulant (NOAC) doses inconsistent with labeling in the ORBIT-AF (Outcomes Registry for Better Informed Treatment of Atrial Fibrillation)
