Poly(iminomethylenes). 7. Synthesis of diphenylphosphine‐substituted poly[(l‐phenylethyl)iminomethylene]

Polymer-anchored phosphine functions were obtained in two ways: by diphenylphosphination of poly[[l-(4-bromophenyl)ethyl]iminomethylene] and by polymerization of l-[4(diphenylphosphino)phenyl]-l-isocyanoethane. The synthesis of the monomers and polymers is described.
