The invention relates to a preparation method for an H-Al-YNU-1 zeolite. An MWW molecular sieve for eliminating boron is used as a silicon source, and aluminum salt is used as an aluminum source; annular organic amines such as piperidine, pyrrole, piperazine or derivatives thereof, and the like are used as a template, and ammonia, alkali metal or alkaline earth metal hydroxide are used as an alkali source; crystallization is carried out under the condition of hydrothermal synthesis, and a sample, which is prepared after the crystallization, is obtained after acid treatment of a finite concentration and the template is removed by calcination; the synthesized Al-YNU-1 molecular sieve contains or does not contain the balanced cations of the alkali metal or the alkaline earth metal. When the balance cations of the alkali metal or the alkaline earth metal are not contained, NH4 ions do not need to be exchanged, and can be directly converted into the H-Al-YNU-1 molecular sieve in the process of removing the template by calcination. The invention has the advantages that in the preparation process, YNU-1 structure is not recovered to an MWW structure, and a lot of non-framework Al is not generated; NH4 does not need to be exchanged with Na or other ions of the alkali metal or the alkaline earth metal, and the H-Al-YNU-1 is directly synthesized; meanwhile, the prepared YNU-1 has higher hydrothermal stability.
