Gm, Am, Pi and Km MARKERS IN MESANGIAL IGA GLOMERULONEPHRITIS

SUMMARY No. Gm, Am, Pi, and Km gene frequency difference has been observed between eighty-seven Caucasin IgA nephropathies and ninety-six controls. But a Km1 significant increase is found in patients with chronic renal failure compared with the total patients group. This data fits for a genetic predisposition factor in IgA nephropathy.
