Cardanol-formaldehyde ethylenediamine zinc polymer and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a cardanol-formaldehyde ethylenediamine zinc polymer, with the structural formula shown as in the specification. The invention further provides a preparation method of the cardanol-formaldehyde ethylenediamine zinc polymer. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly performing mannich reaction to cardanol, ethylenediamine and paraformaldehyde to obtain cardanol-formaldehyde ethylenediamine, and secondly complexing the cardanol-formaldehyde ethylenediamine with zinc chloride solution to obtain cardanol-formaldehyde ethylenediamine zinc polymer. The cardanol-formaldehyde ethylenediamine zinc polymer with catalytic performance can be synthesized by taking low-cost and environment-friendly cardanol as a raw material and low-cost zinc chloride as a metal complex. The cardanol-formaldehyde ethylenediamine zinc polymer is environment-friendly, easy to recover, reusable, and the reaction is simple and stable, and the product yield is high.
