The method includes the following steps: the information of the current station of a user is acquired by means of a two-dimensional code; and according to the information of the current station of the user, a navigation route from the current station of the user to a destination station is determined. The method provided by the embodiment of the invention adopts the nearest bus as a preference for a route according to the positional information of buses, thus increasing timeliness; accurate and rich positional information offers more accurate public transport navigation; meanwhile, for users, the navigation process can be fulfilled as long as the simple two-dimensional code scanning act is carried out; and the invention is convenient and efficient, simplifies the operation process for users, and increases the efficiency of navigation information acquisition.
