Call incoming apparatus and method

Provided are a call incoming apparatus and method, which relate to the field of telecommunications. The call incoming apparatus and method are invented to solve the problem in the prior art that an incoming request cannot be successfully accessed after a land line telephone enters a locked state. The method relates to a land line telephone communication system. The system comprises a land line telephone and a digital terminal device connected to the fixed-line telephone. The fixed-line telephone performs voice communication via the digital terminal device. The method comprises: receiving, by the digital terminal device, an incoming request; and if the land line telephone is in a locked state, allocating, by the digital terminal device, a communication resource for the land line telephone, sending a prompt tone to the land line telephone, and feeding back an answer message to a calling party, the answer message being used for representing that the incoming request is normally accessed. The method is applicable to a voice communication process.
