TKI-työn ja opetuksen kehittämisprojektin tulokset, kehittämishaasteet ja suositukset

Taman artikkelin tarkoituksena on kuvata tutkimus-, kehittamis- ja innovaatiotyon (TKI) ja opetuksen integraation kehittamisprojektia ja siina tuotettuja kehittamishaasteita ja suosituksia TKI-tyon ja opetuksen kehittamiselle. Tavoitteena oli kehittaa TKI-tyon ja opetuksen integrointia, kehittaa vaihtoehtoisia toimintakaytanteita ja luoda uusia toimintatapoja TKI-tyon ja opetuksen toteuttamiseksi terveysalan koulutuksessa ja tyoelamassa. Kehittamisprojektissa laadittiin TKI-tyon ja opetuksen integraation toimenpideohjelma, jonka perustaksi haastateltiin opettajia. Aineisto analysoitiin sisallonanalyysilla. Tulosten pohjalta laadittiin pilotoinnin tavoitteet ja suoritettiin pilotointi. Pilotoinnista saatujen tulosten pohjalta laadittiin suositukset TKI-tyon ja opetuksen integroinnin kehittamiselle. ** Development Project of RDI Work and Teaching: Results, Challenges and Recommendations The purpose of this article is to describe a development project focusing on the integration of Research, Development and Innovation (RDI) and teaching as well as present development challenges and recommendations to develop them. The objective was to develop the integration of RDI and teaching, provide alternative practices and employ new methods for implementing RDI work and teaching in health care education and in the workplace. In the initial phase, an action plan was produced to integrate RDI and teaching. It was based on teachers’ interviews, which were then analyzed by content analysis. Based on the results, we set objectives for the pilot programme. After the implementation of the pilot, we collected experience knowledge from the participating teachers and students. The obtained results provided a basis for the recommendations to develop the integration of RDI work and teaching.
