Vacuum vulcanizing device for shock insulation rubber bearing for building

2014
The utility model provides a vacuum vulcanizing device for a shock insulation rubber bearing for a building. The vacuum vulcanizing device comprises a shell provided with a rubber molding cavity, and an upper end cover and a lower end cover which are respectively arranged at the inner sides of the upper end and lower end of the shell, wherein the upper end and lower end of the shell are respectively in contact with an upper heating plate and a lower heating plate of a plate vulcanizing machine in a sealing way. The vacuum vulcanizing device is characterized in that an upper residual glue groove and a lower residual glue groove are respectively formed at the inner sides of the upper end and lower end of the shell; upper glue overflow holes and lower glue overflow holes, which are communicated with the cavity, are respectively formed in the ends of the inner side groove walls of the upper residual glue groove and the lower residual glue groove at intervals; the outer side groove walls of the upper residual glue groove and the lower residual glue groove are respectively provided with an upper exhaust through hole and a lower exhaust through hole; the upper exhaust through hole and the lower exhaust through hole are respectively connected with the inner end of a vacuum tube arranged outside the shell; the outer end of the vacuum tube is connected with a vacuum pump. After the vacuum vulcanizing device is used, the vulcanizing process of the shock insulation rubber bearing for the building can be completed in the vacuum environment, and bubbles are prevented from being generated since the air enters the part between a steel plate and a rubber layer, so that the production of the bubbles can be avoided fundamentally; the operation is simplified, the energy consumption is reduced, and the vacuum vulcanizing device is simple in structure, safe and reliable.
