Multi-Carrier Modulation Techniques for Bandwidth Efficient Communication Systems

This paper describes the Multi-Carrier Modulation (MCM) system including the Transmitter and Receiver and presents the complete modeling and simulation analysis with results of MCM system as applicable to a Communication System and brings out the advantages of using MCM system in place of Single Carrier Modulation (SCM). Results are presented with a typical case study for MCM system in comparison with that of SCM.
