Introduction: The Homeless Population is a group living in a condition of intense social vulnerability and suffering the consequences of social invisibility, these circumstances increase the risk of contagion of socially determined diseases such as tuberculosis, which is still characterized as a global public health problem. Objective: to analyze the sociodemographic and clinical-epidemiological profile of the homeless population with tuberculosis in the state of Para from 2017 to 2019. Methods: a descriptive, cross-sectional study with a quantitative approach, using secondary data on the homeless population and the general population, obtained from the database of the Tabnet/Datasus platform worked by descriptive statistics. Results: From 2017 to 2019, 14,546 cases of tuberculosis were reported in the state, of which 190 were reported in homeless people. In this population, dropout rates (36.6%; 17.1% and 16.6%), illicit drug use (40%; 50% and 55%) and TB/HIV coinfection (13.3%; 40% and 25%) were high; while cure (36.6%; 37.1% and 8.3%) was lower. Conclusion: social vulnerability exposes people to greater illness and negative effects of tuberculosis.
