The invention discloses a treatment method for the cyclic recovery and utilization of industrial wastewater, which comprises the steps of pretreatment, alkali precipitation, overall treatment, electric flocculation, and aeration, and specifically comprises the following steps: A, pretreatment: industrial wastewater enters a pretreatment pond, an alkaline substance is added for adjusting the pH value of the wastewater to 6-9, and then the wastewater is filtered; B, alkali precipitation: an alkaline reagent is added into the wastewater until the pH value of the wastewater is 10-11, and waste residues obtained by filtering are returned to the step A; C, overall treatment: the pH value of the wastewater is adjusted to 7-9; D, electric flocculation: the wastewater is subjected to electric flocculation treatment under the conditions that the current density is 2000-2000 A/m2 and the voltage is 1-36 V; and E, aeration: micro air bubbles are fed into water, after the obtained object is filtered, filter residues are returned to the step C, and a filtered fluid flows into a circulating water tank. According to the invention, various materials produced in the process of wastewater treatment are fully used, cyclically utilized, and comprehensively recovered, so that the reagent feeding amount is reduced, and then the cost of wastewater treatment is lowered; and when wastewater is treated by using the method, the treatment cost is as low as 0.7-1.5 Yuan, and no waste is produced.
