РЫНОК ЭЛЕКТРОННЫХ ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНЫХ РЕСУРСОВ В СОВРЕМЕННОЙ РОССИИ

This paper analyzes the functioning of the educational resources market in modern Russia. In the theoretical aspect of the study the concept of "e-learning resource", "market of electronic educational resources" are clarified, also the strategy for promotion of e-education of the university in the market of higher education is suggested.
