The device comprises a water supplying container, a peristaltic pump, a columnar device, a collector, a sensor and a computer. The upper end of the columnar device is connected with the collector through a pipeline, and two sensor connecting ends are arranged at the upper portion and the lower portion of the side wall of the columnar device respectively and are connected with the sensor. The computer is electrically connected with the sensor. The device is easy to operate, accurate and quick in pressure measuring and very suitable for online measuring change of pressure in the penetrating experiment.
