Diseño y desarrollo de productos: una revisión de estrategias para minimizar el riesgo

This article integrates a document review to identify good practices, tools and methodologies directed to minimizing risks in product development and design processes, keeping in mind the product development as a strategic activity in the global industry. Described the concept of innovation as a framework for these processes, pointing factors such as interdisciplinary teams, assertive communication, correct exercise of leadership, appropriate use of tools and methodologies, strategies for solution of conflicts, and others factors that direct the projects to success.
