Emission Reducing of Dioxin of Iron and Steel Industry in China

Dioxin is so far the most potential carcinogen which people have been finding.Although it has lower concentration in circumstance,it will lead to pathologic changes to human.For iron and steel industry,dioxin is produced both in sintering and electric furnace steel-making processes.The nature of dioxin is briefly introduced.Combing creation mechanism of dioxin both in sintering and electric furnace steel-making procedures,decrement of the dioxin amount is discussed from these two aspects: reduction of its generation,reduction of dioxin emission which already exists.
