Meta-analysis and Network Analysis of Five Ovarian Cancer Gene Expression Dataset

Ovarian cancer is the fifth leading cause of death from cancer in women and the leading cause of death from gynecological cancer. Here we present a meta-analysis of five gene expression data sets of 432 ovarian cancer and 42 adjacent normal samples in total.
