Study on the Privacy Right Protection of Network Information Resources Management

At the age of web 2.0,the privacy right protection in the activities of network information resources management has seriously affected the security and trust of the site.The paper analyzes the broken right behavior in the activities of network information resources management such as inappropriate use of personal information,violations of personal privacy events,violations of traces of personal networks and violations of individual privacy in cyberspace;puts forwards the protection countermeasures of privacy right like improving the network privacy protection legislation,strengthening the network of the information industry self-regulation,improving user's the self-protection and so on.
