The invention discloses a high-efficiency accurate mixing method of fertilized groundwater on the basis of a soilless culture fertilized groundwater irrigation system. The method includes an expectation segment, a pre-estimate segment and a fine-tuning segment. A sectional type pre-estimate control method is employed. The majority of nutrient solution mother liquor is added into a fertilizer-mixing pot at the start of a fertilizer-mixing process by setting appropriate expectation coefficients. The fertilizer-mixing time of the majority of the nutrient solution mother liquor is increased, a later-stage fine-tuning time is reduced and an over-adjustment phenomenon is avoided. A problem of time retardation during a fertilizer-mixing process of a fertilized groundwater irrigation device is solved. High-efficiency accurate mixing of the fertilized groundwater is achieved through the sectional type pre-estimate control method.
