Морфотипы тезиограмм плазмы крови при сахарном диабете в сочетании с артериальной гипертензией и диабетической нефропатией

The morphotypes of blood plasma teziogramm of 35 type 2 diabetes patients with arterial hypertension and diabetic nephropathy were investigated. Teziogramm of patients with type 2 diabetes were characterized by absence of the intermediate zone, the appearance of amorphous areas and changing in patterns and density of cracking. In the central zone of facia large size and irregular shape concretions were dominated. The dark leaf –like formations in peripheral zone of facia of patients with diabetes and arterial hypertension were fixed. In facies of patients with diabetic nephropathy there were no boundaries between the zones; the patterns of cracking were changed; the amount of concretions was decreased. Abnormal pathological structures in form of plaques and bundles were observed. There studies are of definitive interest for identification of new diagnostic and prognostic criteria of vascular complications of diabetes.
