Beiträge zur chemie des bors : XCIII. Tricarbonylchromkomplexe von benzodiazaborolen, phenylboranen und verwandten verbindungen

Abstract Tricarbonylchromium complexes of a number of benzodiazaboroles and phenyl boranes were prepared. NMR data show that the Cr(CO) 3 group is exclusively fixed to the benzo and phenyl rings, respectively. 11 B chemical shifts are discussed in terms of chromium d orbital interaction with the π p* ⊥ orbital of the ring systems. Mass spectra indicate a stronger bonding of chromium to the phenyl than to the benzo rings.
