Production of materials of graphite

A process for the production of flexible sheets of expanded graphite material from recycled materials comprising the steps of: (A) providing starting materials in the form of flexible sheets of expanded graphite; (B) crushing the raw materials into particles; (C) re-expand the particles; and (D) preparing a mat of the re-expanded particles.
