Research and Application of Table Tennis Teaching Technology in Universities

To introduce multimedia courseware technology into physical education plays a significant role to improve the quality of teaching. This study aims to apply the CAI courseware to the table tennis technology teaching and makes researches into how to apply it reasonably through teaching experiments and verifying the validity of the courseware.
