A Matter on Rural Teachers from the Perspective of Free Normal Employment

New curriculum proposes requirements for teachers' higher quality.Especially for the shortage of rural teachers employment,teachers' quality needs to be improved and strenghthened.Since 2007,State Teachers College in six subordinates have carried out the policy of free normal education.One of the aims is to cultivate teachers in high quaity for rural areas in order to enhance the rural education level to a whole.However,there is a big gap between the free normal employment and the State's policy orientation because few normal students tend to teach in rural areas.Therefore,it needs a steady and long-term process to improve the condition of rural teaching.
