Miniature front-end module based on low temperature cofired ceramics for bluetooth and WLAN wireless devices

An original design of passive front-end module for Bluetooth and WLAN applications is proposed. The module consisting of bandpass filter, balun and 10-dB directional coupler is realized as multilayer microwave integrated circuit using low temperature co-fired ceramics.
