PURPOSE: A two-dimensional precision managing method and a measuring system for a pipe using a digital camera are provided to be efficiently used in a narrow workplace or a short-distance space and to secure rapid speed. CONSTITUTION: A two-dimensional precision managing method for a pipe using a digital camera(100) is as follows. A target object(300) and a measuring range are selected. A view angle and a camera lens setting are determined. A reference ruler is attached on the target object. The target object is measured. The length of the X-axis and Y-axis of the reference ruler is calculated.
