In enzyme granulates suitable for use in washing or cleaning agents, which contain the enzyme and inorganic and/or organic substrates and granulation auxiliaries, the rate of decomposition is to be increased and the miscibility in conventional washing machines improved. This is essentially achieved in that a phosphated starch is used as a granulation auxiliary.
