Arsenic-IgM chelate and preparation method and application thereof

2015
The invention discloses an arsenic-IgM chelate and its preparation method and application. The arsenic-IgM chelate is formed by chelating arsenic ion and IgM through a mercapto group or/and cysteine residues. A qualitative and quantitative detection method of the arsenic-IgM chelate is established so as to apply quantitative detection of the arsenic-IgM chelate to evaluation of the arsenic pollution level in a region. By quantitative detection of the arsenic-IgM chelate in human serum in a region, arsenic pollution condition of people in the region can be indirectly reflected so as to indirectly reflect the arsenic pollution level of the region. Accuracy of the arsenic-IgM chelate quantitative detection method established in the invention is greatly raised, and detection repeatability is greatly enhanced.
