Bottle laser detecting method

The invention discloses a bottle laser detecting method. The method includes the steps that a bottle rotates in an acceleration mode; when the rotation speed of the bottle reaches a first set speed value V1, the bottle is kept constantly rotating at the first set speed value V1 to enable liquid medicine in the bottle to ascend to the portion not lower than the laser detection portion of the bottle; the bottle rotates in a deceleration mode, and when the rotation speed of the bottle is decreased to enable the liquid medicine in the bottle to descend to the portion lower than the laser detection portion of the bottle, the bottle is detected through lasers. Another method includes the steps that a bottle rotates in an acceleration mode; when the rotation speed of the bottle reaches a third set speed value V3, the bottle is kept constantly rotating at the third set speed value V3 to enable liquid medicine in the bottle to ascend to the portion not lower than the laser detection portion of the bottle and enable an even liquid medicine layer to be formed on the wall of the bottle, the bottle is detected through lasers; the detection result is corrected. The bottle laser detecting method has the advantages of being simple, reliable, high in detection accuracy and the like.
