The invention relates to a wind and light storage type electric vehicle charging and replacing power station belonging to the field of a power supply system, and aiming at solving the problem that under the condition of power failure, the existing electric vehicle charging and replacing power station only can replace a storage battery of an electric vehicle instead of charging the storage battery of the electric vehicle; a 380V bus L4 is respectively connected with a photovoltaic system power supply bus L1, a load power supply bus L2 and a wind power generation system power supply bus L3 in a way of one-to-one correspondence by a photovoltaic system grid-connection circuit breaker, a load circuit breaker and a wind power generation system grid-connection circuit breaker; the photovoltaic system power supply bus L1 is connected with the wind power generation system power supply bus L3 by a wind power generation circuit breaker after being connected with the load power supply bus L2 by a photovoltaic access circuit breaker; a photovoltaic power generation system is arranged under the photovoltaic system power supply bus L1; a photovoltaic power generation system is arranged under the photovoltaic system power supply bus L1, and an electric vehicle charging and replacing power station and a storage battery energy storage system are arranged under the load power supply bus L2; and a wind power generation system is arranged under the wind power generation system power supply bus L3. The wind and light storage type electric vehicle charging and replacing power station is suitable for the field of the electric vehicle charging and replacing power station.
