A compounds of formula I wherein: X represents halogen; Y represents a halogen, C1-C4 haloalkyl or C1-C4 alkyl; Z represents H; and R1 and R2 independently represent H, alkyl, alkenyl C3-C6 alkynyl, C3-C6, hydroxy, alkoxy of C1-C6, amino, acyl C1-C6 carboalkoxy of C1-C6, C1-C6 -carbamilo, C1-C6-sulfonyl, trialkyl-silyl C1-C6 or C1-C6 dialkyl phosphonyl or R1-R2 and taken together with N represent a saturated 5- or 6-membered; and agriculturally acceptable derivatives of the carboxylic acid group.
