Lens-integrated fan-in/fan-out device for multi-core fiber

We design and fabricate a multi-core fiber fan-in/fan-out using lenses. The structure allows it to be assembled with only one active alignment process. IL less than 0.87dB and RL more than 47dB were achieved.
