The article suggests the technique of diagnosis of biological objects by means of infrared radiometry. The principles of thermal imaging techniques for diagnosis of thermal fields on the surface of the body were considered. A solution of the equations of heat transfer from the depth to the surface of biological objects is given. The efficiency of the thermal imaging examinations at rapid control was shown. The main factors, influencing the distortion of the results were studied. A technique for damages calculation was worked out. The basic algorithms for computer processing of the results were singled out. There is an examination of problems of layings, false termoanomalies, thermal spots, which appear at the transcript of obtained thermograms. In the course of the examination, the effects of preliminary loading on the results were studied. A theoretical model of the influence of off-site sources of infrared radiation on the test results was suggested. This model was tested and tried-out in practice. The disorders in the life activity of studied objects were discovered. The various diseases were revealed by the method of infrared radiometry. Main examples of typical thermoimages, corresponding to real disorders, as well as false layings, were given. These data were used to create the databases of thermograms of various diseases. The research is a subject of concern for practical usage at the thermal control of the human body
