СОДЕРЖАНИЕ ИНТЕРЛЕЙКИНА-1α В КРОВИ И ТКАНЯХ ПРИ ЭКСПЕРИМЕНТАЛЬНОМ ПЕРИТОНИТЕ У МЫШЕЙ

In the experiments carried out on 25 white mice after modeling of acute peritonitis the quantity of IL-lα in the blood serum, the tissues of the liver, lungs, heart and small intestines of intact animals and within 1, 3, 6 and 24 hours of modeling was determined. At the beginning of peritonitis the strong activation of liver functions and transport of IL-lα were observed whereas 24 h later the quantity of IL-lα in the lung tissue increased.
