Expression of Interleukin-17 and Interleukin-18 and TNF-α in Viral Myocarditis Patients and Its Significance

Objective To observe the expression of interleukin-17(IL-17) and interleukin-18(IL-18) and tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α) in viral myocarditis patients and its clinical significance.Methods Twenty five patients with viral myocarditis patients WERE for the VMC group;the same period 40 cases of non-viral myocarditis were chose as control group.The maternal serum IL-17 and IL-18 and TNF content of each group were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results The levels of serum IL-17 and TNF-α content in placental tissues of VMC group were significantly exceed than control group(P0.05);the serum IL-18 levels of VMC group was significantly lower than control group(P0.05).Conclusion Serum IL-17,IL-18 and TNF-α in the pathogenesis of viral myocarditis play an important role,depression of IL-17 and TNF-α and usage of synthetic drug of IL-18 can interfere the development of viral myocarditis.
