Loss of Tissue Immunoreactive Androgen Receptor in Prostate Cancer Presenting Initially as an Intracranial Tumor

We report a case of prostate cancer that presented initially as an intracranial tumor. Biopsy specimens of the prostate before endocrine treatment were nearly negative immunohistochemically for prosta
