Mass balance, metabolic disposition, and pharmacokinetics of a single oral dose of regorafenib in healthy human subjects

Purpose To evaluate the mass balance, metabolic disposition, and pharmacokinetics of a single dose of regorafenib in healthy volunteers. In addition, in vitro metabolism of regorafenib in human hepatocytes was investigated.
