Brief discussion on psychological factors in teaching and match

Psychological factors have become an unneglectable parts in various PE matches,so it is in the table tennis teaching matches.To find out the source of the bad emotions and to use effective ways to solve the problems are not only good for improving table tennis skills but also helpful to the students to deal with variable difficulties that they meet in their lives.Through the analysis of the factors that appear in the teaching matches,this article tries to illustrate these Psychological factors are harmful and tries to find out effective ways to overcome them.
