The invention relates to a distributed type power supply remote monitoring system and a method. A main station device receives a downlink control instruction, modulates the downlink control instruction so as to obtain a modulated downlink control instruction and sends the modulated downlink control instruction to a monitoring terminal. The monitoring terminal device receives the modulated downlink control instruction, demodulates the modulated downlink control instruction so as to obtain a downlink control instruction, acquires operation parameters of a distributed type power supply according to the downlink control instruction so as to obtain an uplink signal, demodulates the uplink signal so as to obtain a demodulated uplink signal and sends the demodulated uplink signal to the main station device. The main station device acquires the demodulated uplink signal sent by the monitoring terminal and acquires a modulation time domain of the demodulated uplink signal. The demodulated uplink signal is demodulated according to the demodulation time domain of the demodulated uplink signal so as to obtain an operation parameter of the distributed type power supply and then the operation parameter is output. By acquiring the modulation time domain of the demodulated uplink signal, mutual interference operation in multipath transmission is avoided, the transmission rate of the uplink signal is effectively improved and the monitoring efficiency is high.
